🧾 Tantuco CTC - Terms of Use and Privacy

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Welcome to TantucoCTC (the “Site”). Please carefully review these Terms of Service before accessing or creating an account (“Account”). By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms, which outline the use of the TantucoCTC system managed by Tantuco Construction and Trading Corporation (“the Company”).

1.2 Before registering as a User, you must read and accept all provisions included in and linked to these Terms of Service and consent to the processing of your personal information as stated in the TantucoCTC Privacy Policy.

1.3 TantucoCTC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or its Services at any time, with or without prior notice, as permitted by applicable laws. The Company may also restrict access or impose limitations on certain features, especially if a user exceeds the system’s credit limit (Php 300,000.00), or for any other reason at its discretion.

1.4 TantucoCTC may deny access or refuse account creation at its sole discretion. BY USING THE SERVICES OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY RELATED POLICIES AND CONDITIONS REFERENCED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS OR STORE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS ON ITS BEHALF AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES.

2. LIMITED LICENSE

2.1 TantucoCTC grants users a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms. All content, trademarks, logos, brand names, and intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”) displayed on the Site belong to TantucoCTC or identified third-party owners. No user is permitted to copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any material on the Site without prior written authorization. You agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and refrain from mirroring or framing any part of the Site on another platform without permission.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY

3.1 Some Site features require users to register an Account by creating a Username and password and providing personal details.

3.2 You agree to (a) keep your password confidential, (b) use only your own Username and password when logging in, (c) log out after each session, (d) promptly notify TantucoCTC of unauthorized access via in-platform messaging or email (tantucoctc@gmail.com), and (e) keep your account details accurate and updated. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, even if you did not authorize them. TantucoCTC is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.3 You bear full responsibility for your account activity. TantucoCTC is not accountable for any damages or losses resulting from your negligence in securing your account.

3.4 TantucoCTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for reasons such as (a) overdue payments, (b) violations of these Terms, (c) unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or (d) maintaining multiple accounts. In cases of non-payment or other violations, the Company may issue a notarized complaint to the client’s business address and revoke account access with or without prior notice.

4. TERM OF USE

4.1 Your authorization to use the Site remains valid until terminated. TantucoCTC may revoke or suspend access if you violate these Terms or misuse any part of the system.

4.2 In cases that a cheque issued by a B2B client is dishonored, returned, or “bounced” due to insufficient funds, account closure, signature mismatch, or any other reason, the client shall be held fully responsible for the payment. The client agrees to settle the outstanding balance immediately through an alternative payment method acceptable to the company. Any bank charges, penalties, or administrative fees resulting from the bounced cheque shall be borne solely by the client.

4.3 In the event that a delivery driver encounters an accident, injury, or any unforeseen circumstance that affects their ability to complete the delivery, the company shall not be held liable for any resulting delays. The client acknowledges that such incidents are beyond the company’s control and agrees to allow reasonable time for the company to arrange alternative delivery measures to ensure the completion of the transaction.

4.4 All quotations issued by the Company are valid only until the expiration date stated therein. Once the validity period has lapsed, the quotation shall be considered void and subject to review or reissuance based on current pricing and availability.

4.5 Discounts and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to adjust or withdraw discounts depending on seasonal pricing, product availability, and business policies.

4.6 Only one (1) Purchase Request (PR) is allowed per order. The Client must wait for the approval or disapproval of the submitted PR before creating a new one. Any attempt to submit multiple pending PRs will not be processed.

4.7 Requests for changes in the delivery address must be made before an order is dispatched. For ongoing or in-transit deliveries, the Company will proceed to complete delivery at the original address indicated in the order. Any change made after dispatch may be considered for future orders only.

4.8 Users are prohibited from performing the following actions:

(a) Uploading or transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;

(b) Interfering with system operations or attempting unauthorized access;

(c) Modifying, creating derivative works from, or translating the Services without written approval from TantucoCTC;

(d) Uploading malicious files, viruses, or software that could harm the Site or its users;

(e) Operating multiple accounts for a single store in violation of these Terms;

(f) Using the platform for purposes other than legitimate business with Tantuco Construction and Trading Corporation;

(g) Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users or account holders without consent.

4.9 One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent during account creation or verification may experience delays of approximately one (2) to five (5) minutes due to network congestion, technical issues, or service interruptions from third-party providers. Users are encouraged to wait for the OTP to arrive or request a new one if the delay persists.

4.10 Deliveries may be delayed by approximately one (1) to three (3) days depending on order volume, weather conditions, transportation availability, or other unforeseen logistical factors. TantucoCTC will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in case of extended delays.

4.11 Emails related to order confirmations or other transactions may experience delays in delivery due to network traffic or technical server issues. Users are advised to check their spam or promotions folders and allow additional time for email correspondence to be received.

5. GOVERNING LAW

5.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but actual product details may vary slightly.

• All product prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All payments must be made through the approved payment channels listed in the Site. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders for unpaid balances, invalid transactions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 Any “Pay Later” transactions must be settled within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay on time may result in account suspension or legal collection action.

3. Delivery

• Deliveries are made within select service areas (Sariaya, Candeliaria, Tiaong and Lucena).

• Delivery lead time is usually 1–3 business days depending on product availability and location.
